I’ve dedicated all my free time and some of my not so free time to supporting others by way of giving them a place to come share their talents and purposes. With an interview or review… I have offered advertisement opportunities so on and so forth. I don’t do these things because I want people to like me, I do these things because I LOVE talented purpose driven people and I think it’s important for everyone to know about what it is they love… I’m a supporter by nature… At this point in my life, I want to make this website more 3D… I’ve been planning, praying and working hard on a few events to help the people who I have done interviews with and even some I have not be exposed to the city of Flint and surrounding areas.. But I need your help!

Well I’m from Flint,Mi born and raised here… And we have ALOT of talent here. Working hard and pushing their purposes be it music, art, clothing, cosmetology! They werking!
I seem to see a lot of male artist and such but only one female artist sticks out here and that’s none other than Tiera Santoya.. I went to high school with her and I never knew she wanted to do music until after we graduated and she worked on a song with my homeboy Link a former rap artist. Since then she has grown as both a woman and a artist. Recently putting out a great single that shows said growth “Murda She Wrote” and performing at varies places around Michigan! Tiera Santoya is going to the best female artist in Flint, Mi. At this point work ethic wise she has no competition and if she does lyrically we haven’t seen them..
I personally am proud of Tiera for doing her thing and making things happen. Check out the single “Murda She wrote” https://soundcloud.com/moralemusic/tiera-santoya-murda-she-wrote
Tell us what you think! Support the grind
I’m sitting here journaling. Journaling is a HUGE part of my writing process. It allows me to put all my thoughts on paper. It’s away to clear my mind and ease the overthinking that we
As I wrote in my journal I began to tell myself little things. Like little short sentences… “I may need more confidence”… I wrote some more and the. I thought ” I really have to stop talking and start doing”…
At that point my mind went to when I’d see people posting all these declarations on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.. And I said ” I’m going to write my own”… Nothing to overly long where the words explain the words and the punctuation that came before them but something short and simple to say to myself everyday. Why not share my declaration with my network?
I will be a more confident yet humble individual. I will be more of a doer and less of a sayer. I am becoming much more positive. I will continue to be supportive to those who surround me.
See short and very simple. Very much so to the point!
Mark 11:22-26 ESV
And Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. [25-26] And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.”

Today in the blink of an eye I made the decision to do a fitness challenge! One of my home girls from twitter (@_blahitskita) tweeted a challenge and said she was about to start because she doesn’t want to be
Well I wanna have a dope body. And I’ve already started changing my eating habits now it’s time to work… Once I saw her post the challenge I noticed the Instagram name of the woman who made the challenge ( @naomiparfait ) and reached out! She sent me the full photo with all thirty days on it.
There’s no better time thn the present so today I started the
30 day Guns,Buns, & Abs challenge
Go with me here
I’m sitting at my desk at work making calls and such as I usually do. Chugging down smart water… It’s a regular day in the life of Jordyn The PCC at Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy.. Then all of a sudden my phone began to vibrate and my first thought is
Who is this? My ppl know I’m here til at least 5:15pm on a good day!
I step away from my desk and notice that this is a title-less number
She don’t like answering title-less numbers ok? … This time I answer. As soon as I do there’s a young man on my line asked if I’m Jody. Once I say yes and before I could ask he tells me who he is ,what he does, and how I need to give him an interview because (He said and I quote)
What’s hot out in these streets
This kid was passionate!! I mean yo I barely got a word in… Once he finally stop talking and telling me how I need to get him interviewed, I got to talk! FINALLY!
I told him to send me his music and what he was looking to do via email. And when I say after we hung up he sent it within that next 15 to 30 minutes … I kid you NOT!..
We didn’t set up something right away I found him on Instagram and watched how he worked and seen what his demographic was. After I figured all that out it was no more time to wait so I hit up Symphani from Symphani.com and we made this happen, the interview had to take place…. Here it is! Check out the interview with Big Baby below:
Women have definitely changed…
I’m not completely sure where to place the blame for this either. Is it Society? could it be their mothers? fathers? the absentee on the parental ballot?… I know I know it’s
The damn rap MUSIC! As a matter fact I say it is all of thee above with a plus one… Our damn selves!
Ladies we have allowed ourselves to get away from who God placed us to be. We’ve decided to turn off certain parts of our beings to replace those parts with the same parts that men have… But we weren’t meant to be men… We were meant to be women..
We are meant to feel and have emotions. Meant to cry and smile and blush unforgivably.. Now we’d rather show no emotion and be easily influenced and weak minded. We have forgotten how to stop and smell the roses, take in the scent and love the moments. We are way too busy trying to stay “Out of our feelings”… Now we thuggin
No heterosexual man is interested in dating another man even if he is 5’7″ with a nice shape and a vagina.. No heterosexual man is ok with you and him wearing the pants in the relationship. Men are suppose to be leaders and we as women are suppose to be their partners in leadership to keep the following together.. (Not followers either) it seems like we have let society, our parents or lack thereof and rap music change our dynamic. Yet and still we complain about single lonely nights and cold empty beds…
When will we as a whole learn that being a woman is ok? Showing emotion is what we are suppose to do? And being a mans partner in leadership is what builds a solid foundation to better relationships, families and future generations?…
